Welcome to Ovaflo

 Sub-district 19D a.k.a 'Ovaflo' is a small settlement that grow up around a sewage processing sector that was abandoned once the uphive district that it serviced feel into ruin. The machinery fell into disrepair and the gangs moved in to grab what little they could scavenge. 

This is a long term project to create a modular tile based Necromunda/Punkapocalyptic terrain set. I get about 2 hours a week to actually work on my hobby so its going to be a long, slow slog. The idea of this blog is to record my weekly progress to see how far I can go.

I originally made a bunch of modular terrain that basically included a bunch of loose buildings and walkways but having been recently following Necromunda terrain groups Iv been inspired to go full 12"x"12 tile based terrain. 

Original collection of terrain on a 3'x2' board before it was roughly finished and sprayed. I intend to retcon a few of them as base buildings for some of the new tiles.

This was my original daydream idea of a 4'x4' board but the reality is 16 tiles is just too much work to start from scratch. As such I have gone with a 3'x3' board, which is just 9 tiles. The ones I intend to keep are labelled in black and the ones in red are to be put on the back-burner for future reference, should I ever get that far.

Here is rough idea of the 9 different tiles I intend to make in 3 different layouts to show the modular nature of the tiles.
